About Our Products
All the ingredients used at Little Hen are the freshest possible. Great care and attention go into every product. See and taste the difference. This is not your everyday bakery. Experience something different. Every visit promises to be a little different from your last.
Although some of our products do use sugar, much of what we make it made with alternative sweeteners; Agave, Stevia, and natural fruit sugars make the products sweet and tasty as can be.
No wheat, rye, or barely. You won't believe how good the food tastes. Gluten-free means better taste. To avoid cross-contamination this bakery is totally gluten-free.
What is Gluten-Free?
Basically Gluten-Free food contains no wheat, rye, or barley. Some folks are intolerant of any grain products. A lot of people know that Gluten is something that tastes "gooey" and foods taste a lot better without it.
